About the Role

Our client in the mining sector is recruiting for experienced Underground Mining Training Facilitators to deliver technical training, refresher training, coaching and competency assessments in support of a production improvement project.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized underground training aligned to operational KPIs.
• Facilitate training on drilling accuracy, pattern compliance and charging practices.
• Conduct refresher training for underground employees returning from leave.
• Train and coach new recruits and operational crews.
• Conduct simulation-based and practical assessments.
• Assess operator competence in real underground working conditions.
