Job Summary:
The Training Executive is responsible for working with the team for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of target training group. This role involves identifying training needs, developing training materials, conducting or organizing training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses tailored to the needs of the organization.
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, including classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
