  • Develop and provide client and new hire training to CSRs
  • Construct and publish monthly CSR quizzes to measure team knowledge and track learning
  • Assist with maintaining CSR knowledgebase (DCFC) as instructed
  • We are looking for

  • Education: Bachelors Degree
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years
  • Skills

    Ability to speak with and relate to a wide variety of personalities

    Capability to work independently

    Understanding of Microsoft 365 suite

    Strong understanding of client processes and programs (if promoted internally)

    Familiarity with HTML & Javascript is an asset
