Job Summary
We are looking for a
Training Executive
to manage and deliver training programs for call centre agents. The role focuses on onboarding, process, product, and customer service training, with exposure to ERP systems and call centre tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product, process, and soft-skills training for call centre agents
- Train users on call centre systems, CRM, and ERP platforms
- Support refresher training and coaching based on performance gaps
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
- Prepare training reports
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1–4 years in the call centre industry
- Experience in training, quality, or operations preferred
