Training Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Training Engineer to support the development of a highly skilled and professional workforce, based in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training activities, coordinating with various plant departments, maintaining training documentation, and supporting the implementation of employee development programs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the power generation industry .
• Knowledge of modern combined cycle power plants is desirable.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
