About the role

The Training Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs

What you’ll be doing

• Design, develop and implement engaging and impactful training programs to address the evolving needs of the business
• Assess training requirements and learning gaps across the organization to tailor programs accordingly
• Deliver training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with strategic business goals
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed
• Maintain training records and provide reporting on key metrics to leadership
