We are looking for a Training Coordinator who is passionate about helping people learn and develop. In this role, you will support new and existing employees by providing training, coaching, and guidance in a manufacturing environment. What You'll Do

• Lead classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training for employees.
• Welcome and support new hires throughout their onboarding journey.
• Coach and mentor team members to help them build skills and confidence.
• Conduct training evaluations, tests, and skills assessments.
• Track employee progress and training completion.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
