Training Delivery Instructor – Sonar

Full‑time role, 37.5 hours a week. Location: HMS Collingwood, Fareham. SC level UK Security Clearance is required.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver training in the maintenance of Royal Navy Sonar systems, supporting the Royal Navy Weapon Engineering (WE) Capability Training Unit.
• Use performance data and insights to drive continuous improvement across RN WE training, including internal and third‑party evaluations.
• Identify and share best practices to inform quality and improvement initiatives across training establishments.
• Implement consistent systems and processes to harmonise training delivery across RN locations.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, while supporting personalised learning journeys and representing WE training needs to delivery teams.
