Training Delivery Instructor - Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration) UK

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in MESD modules (Refrigeration, gases, equipment) as directed by the Department Training Manager in accordance with the Training Plan and Sultan Training Standing Operating Procedures.
• Assist in maintaining and updating training documentation.
• Assess student course work and provide feedback on performance.
• Be responsible for the duty of care and progression of trainees during the delivery of training.
• Ensure Company security, health, safety and environmental procedures are implemented and complied with at all times.
• Maintain CPD records and document all training evidence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in the use of IT (hardware/software) within the workplace.
• Consolidated experience or direct employment in Mechanical engineering principles.
