Plan, coordinate, and support end-to-end execution of training programmes and corporate events.
- Assist in venue coordination, logistics setup (Hotel, AV, F&B, materials), timelines, and on-site support.
- Support trainer scheduling, confirmation of assignments, and update the team on any changes.
- Assist during event days to ensure smooth flow and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and trainers on-site.
Support basic issue resolution during events when required.
