Job Summary:
The Training Coordinator (TC) bridges communication between departments to provide comprehensive and engaging training solutions while tracking participation and progress to meet organizational goals. The TC supports the design and implementation of training programs to ensure employees are effectively on boarded, compliant with regulations, and continuously improving their skills. This role works directly with the VP of Event Resources to execute training initiatives effectively.
Training Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Direct reporting to VP of Event Resources.
- Exclusively assigned to training and development for the Event Resources team.
- In collaboration with VP of Event Resources, Event Resources, and Administration Managers to schedule training sessions, including new hire orientation and ongoing education.
