Training Coordinator
to manage and support our employee learning programs. You'll ensure trainings run smoothly, track progress, maintain records, and support instructional design for a global team.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate training logistics: schedule sessions, reserve venues, and manage webinars.
- Communicate training opportunities and encourage employee participation.
- Track completion, monitor progress, and report insights to management.
- Maintain training records and assist in creating/updating learning materials.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year in training coordination, admin, or project support (preferably in L&D).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and experience with LMS/eQMS.
