Training Coordinator
to manage and support our employee learning programs. You'll ensure trainings run smoothly, track progress, maintain records, and support instructional design for a global team.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate training logistics: schedule sessions, reserve venues, and manage webinars.
  • Communicate training opportunities and encourage employee participation.
  • Track completion, monitor progress, and report insights to management.
  • Maintain training records and assist in creating/updating learning materials.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year in training coordination, admin, or project support (preferably in L&D).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and experience with LMS/eQMS.
