What You'll Do:
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, webinars, and product launches.
• Communicate training opportunities to employees and promote engagement.
• Assess training needs with management and track employee progress.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and learning platforms (LMS & eQMS).
• Assist in designing training materials and support instructional design processes.
What We're Looking For:
• 1+ year experience in training coordination, administration, or project support.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and eQMS.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Absorb LMS or Salesforce
