Job Description

  • Guarantee that employees receive instruction aligned with their designated training matrix.
  • Design, implement, and oversee the yearly training agenda.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training obligations established by Labor Law (STPS).
  • Provide support to maintain adherence to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
  • Participate actively in ISO 9001:2015 audit processes.
  • Organize and deliver onboarding training sessions for new staff members.
  • Assess the impact of training initiatives and compile reports for Management Review presentations.
  • Carry out performance evaluations for administrative employees.

Requirements

  • Completed professional degree, preferably in
    Business Administration, Labor Relations, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering

  • Strong command of English, with conversational and written proficiency.
