Job Description
- Guarantee that employees receive instruction aligned with their designated training matrix.
- Design, implement, and oversee the yearly training agenda.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training obligations established by Labor Law (STPS).
- Provide support to maintain adherence to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
- Participate actively in ISO 9001:2015 audit processes.
- Organize and deliver onboarding training sessions for new staff members.
- Assess the impact of training initiatives and compile reports for Management Review presentations.
- Carry out performance evaluations for administrative employees.
Requirements
- Completed professional degree, preferably in
Business Administration, Labor Relations, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering
