Job Description

Guarantee that employees receive instruction aligned with their designated training matrix.
Design, implement, and oversee the yearly training agenda.
Ensure compliance with mandatory training obligations established by Labor Law (STPS).
Provide support to maintain adherence to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
Participate actively in ISO 9001:2015 audit processes.
Organize and deliver onboarding training sessions for new staff members.
Assess the impact of training initiatives and compile reports for Management Review presentations.
Carry out performance evaluations for administrative employees.
Requirements
Completed professional degree, preferably in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
Strong command of English, with conversational and written proficiency.
At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar training role.
