The company is transforming the $200B dental industry by building the operating system for dental practices across the US. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Training Coordinator to support the operational execution of our learning and development programs for a global team.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in training coordination, HR/L&D operations, or project support, who enjoy managing logistics, systems, and communication to ensure training programs run smoothly and on time.

Training Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule instructor-led trainings, virtual sessions, webinars, and onboarding programs.
- Manage end-to-end training logistics including calendars, participants, facilitators, and session materials.
