Skyways Technics is looking for Training Coordinator to join our growing team at our facilities in Subang, Malaysia This is a great opportunity for those who want to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will report to Skyways Technics HR & Admin Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the local Training Focal Point for all training-related matters within the organization.
Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including preparation of training agendas, invitations, room bookings or online links, and attendance records.
Liaise with approved training organizations (ATOs), OEMs, vendors, and internal instructors to schedule training activities.
Support induction, recurrent, continuation, and ad-hoc training programs across all departments.
Review or provide training material and manual improvements and development to reflect latest maintenance practices, new or revised regulatory requirements and envir...
