Responsible to develop and execute the Annual Education Plan - On line/ On site classes in regional network of doors/counters, for BAs and/or BCs populations to achieve sales targets. Ensure retail excellence and enhance house values.

Product universes
CRM / Loyalty program
Counter Animations & rules
Develop High Performance Teams creating and delivering tools needed.
Participate and contribute to the animations and events to success with fragrances and beauty teams.
Follow-up to the training sessions to determine action plans and next steps to improve storytelling & sales skills with people.
Organize training events aligned with HQ guidelines and market: Schedule, deco, catering, shipment of material, invitations, report and evaluation.
