  • RECRUITMENT:
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
  • Collecting Manpower Requirements from functional head and coordinating recruitments internally in collaboration with various external recruitment consultants (Operator level)
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites providing organisation information opportunity and benefits
  • Coordinating to fill up the vacant positions in the shop floor on time. Maintenance of data bank for future requirement of manpower
