Duties & Responsibilities:
The Training Coordinator will oversee and manage all training activities on the construction yard, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with project requirements. 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and regularly updating training documentation throughout the development and execution of the Training Program.
  • Coordinating training courses conducted by vendors and external training providers to meet specific project and operational needs.
  • Overseeing the preparation and distribution of training materials and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Organizing, scheduling, and providing ongoing support for training courses, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
