Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end training programmes, from registration to completion
  • Manage course placements, scheduling, and participant communications
  • Maintain training databases, dashboards, and records with accuracy
  • Support procurement of training services, including vendor coordination and documentation
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and audit-related matters
  • Develop and deliver communication materials and briefings for participants
  • Monitor training performance, KPIs, and prepare reports/analysis
  • Support outreach to training providers and facilitate new programme offerings
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
  • Handle enquiries and provide administrative support for training operations
  • Ensure proper documentation and issuance of certificates where required
