Job Overview/Summary

The Training Associate/Facilitator plays a key support role in the delivery of virtual training programs, ensuring learners receive a structured, engaging, and well-supported training experience. This role focuses on facilitating and supporting live virtual sessions, providing learner coaching, maintaining accurate training documentation, and assisting with content review and updates.

Working closely with the Training Manager, Training Supervisor, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Training Associate helps ensure training sessions run smoothly, learner issues are addressed promptly, and training materials remain accurate and relevant. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort in a virtual training environment.
