Job Description

The Training Associate at TOMORO COFFEE is responsible for supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs to ensure store teams consistently deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. This role plays a key part in onboarding new employees, upskilling baristas and store leaders, and maintaining operational excellence across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Support

· Conduct onboarding and refresher training for baristas, shift leaders, and store managers

· Facilitate in-store and classroom training sessions (coffee knowledge, SOPs, service standards, food safety, and POS systems)

· Support store openings by providing on-site training and operational guidance

Training Development

· Assist in developing and updating training materials, manuals, videos, and assessments

· Ensure training content aligns with TOMORO COFFEE brand standards and operational procedures
