Confident and comfortable working with IT systems; emails, training management system, and customer relations system.

Competent in using MS Word and Excel for report generation.

Requires logical and analytical thinking.

Good communication skills.

Open to working shifts (Mondays – Fridays, 8:30am – 5:30pm and Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pm or 12:30pm -4:30pm).

Work from office at Paya Lebar, 2‑year contract.

Requirements
  • At least a Diploma in any discipline or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to deal with customers effectively, in a friendly and professional manner, and good stress tolerance.
