Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with relevant parties. And perform data preparation, documentation and audio-visual equipment used in training for ease and speed of operation to completion on schedule.
- Responsible for training as assigned. To build understanding of employees in operations department and be able to work accurately and efficiently. Including transfer knowledge to trainers within the organization and bring awareness to the teaching staff in the field.
- Follow up and evaluate training results that according to the established guidelines.
- Make a summary report for each training session. Including collecting information to be useful in planning the training of the team in the future.
- Another task may assign.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor'(s) Degree in Human Resource/Education/Business Administration or any other related course.
