Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate fair solutions in line with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Provide counseling/guidance, assist employee concerns, grievances, and work place issues.
  • Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and providing feedback to management.
  • Assess training needs through survey or training needs analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with managers.
  • Evaluate training programs to improve skills, productivity and compliance awareness
  • Maintain training records and track employee progress.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
