Job Description
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate fair solutions in line with company policies and labor regulations.
- Provide counseling/guidance, assist employee concerns, grievances, and work place issues.
- Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and providing feedback to management.
- Assess training needs through survey or training needs analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with managers.
- Evaluate training programs to improve skills, productivity and compliance awareness
- Maintain training records and track employee progress.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
