Training Assistant – PeopleSkills

Qualifications:

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in education, curriculum development or a related field;
• Preferably with hands-on experience that includes relevant coursework such as educational theory, instructional design, assessment and evaluation, and research methods
• Preferably with hands-on experience on Learning Management Software (LMS)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor the delivery of all programs according to the schedule, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to standards.
• Oversee and document the delivery and outcomes of pilot classes for new or revised programs, facilitating continuous improvement.
• Safeguard all program-related materials, including course outlines, presentations, and other resources, maintaining both hard copies and electronic records.
• Perform other job-related duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the team's success.
