Job Summary:

The Training Assistant is responsible to provide administrative and logistical support to training programs, ensuring smooth delivery and effective learning for employees. He/She coordinates schedules, manages resources, and assists with the preparation and execution of training activities.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Head of Training in scheduling and communicating of training programs.
  • Maintains and manages training calendar events and schedules.
  • Coordinates with the service providers the training modules/programs required for our pilots and/or mechanics.
  • Liaises with the training instructors on respective training programs and schedules.
  • Coordinates guest visits, greets and escorts visitors as required, answers inquiries and relays accurate messages to the Head of Training.
