The role partners with operations, quality, and sales leadership to deliver onboarding and continuous training for voice and non-voice sales teams. Responsibilities include monitoring training effectiveness through KPIs, supporting coaching and nesting activities, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and maintaining consistent sales processes and performance standards across accounts.

Proven experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role
