Qualifications

  • Graduate of Finance, Business, IT, or Education (MUST HAVE)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) Applications, especially MS Excel (MUST HAVE)
  • Possesses good interpersonal (Verbal/Communication, Listening, & Assertiveness) skills (MUST HAVE)
  • Must have DIPLOMA, TOR, COG
  • Proven experience in online training, especially financial services of banks
  • With previous banking experience (Preferred but not required)
  • Strong knowledge of online banking systems and fintech solutions for MSMEs
  • Technically adept with virtual learning tools (MUST HAVE)
  • With stable internet connection at home (MUST HAVE)
