We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Assistant Manager – Training & Quality. This role will be responsible for elevating team capability through structured training, continuous coaching, and robust quality governance.
The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, driving sales excellence, and ensuring consistent performance standards across the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Capability Development
Design and deliver onboarding training programs for new joiners
Conduct ongoing refresher training sessions (product, pitch, objection handling, CRM usage)
Develop sales playbooks, call scripts, and learning modules
Identify skill gaps and create structured improvement plans
Run mock calls, role-plays, and skill assessments
