Job Description

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent). 

Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement, 


Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Strategic orientation with attention to detail and execution capabilities Familiarity with Placement Management Systems, ERP software, and MS Office/Google Suite Understanding of current hiring trends, employer expectations, and skill gaps Ability to manage events, multitask, and coordinate across departments Willingness to travel and represent the institution in external forums
