Job Summary
The Training and Learning Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operational excellence in a food manufacturing environment. This role aligns workforce capability with business goals while ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive Training and Learning Development strategy aligned with company goals and manufacturing requirements.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across production, quality, engineering, and support functions.
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs including onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, and compliance training.
