Job Summary

The Training and Learning Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operational excellence in a food manufacturing environment. This role aligns workforce capability with business goals while ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Training and Learning Development strategy aligned with company goals and manufacturing requirements.

• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across production, quality, engineering, and support functions.

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs including onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, and compliance training.
