Training and Engagement Manager

We are looking for a Training & Engagement Manager to join our HR team. In this role, you will personally design, execute, and manage end-to-end training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and targeted organizational development (OD) projects across all business departments .

You will serve as the central learning and development (L&D) expert, partnering and supporting local HR teams across different regions to scale culture, training, and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs tailored for all corporate, commercial, and operational departments.
• Support organizational development (OD) initiatives, including competency mapping, performance management frameworks, and change management support.
