Training and Development Specialist (Accounting) focuses on the organization’s technical mastery of global accounting standards. This role ensures all staff are proficient in US GAAP and IFRS, complex financial reporting, and the latest accounting technologies to provide high-quality audit-ready financials for clients.

Responsibilities

• Standards Training: Create and deliver comprehensive training on the application of US GAAP and IFRS, focusing on revenue recognition, consolidations, and financial statement disclosures.
• Accounting Cycle Mastery: Oversee training for the full accounting cycle, including month-end close processes, reconciliation standards, and year-end audit preparation.
