Role Overview The Training & Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and institutionalising a structured learning ecosystem across the organisation to enhance technical competency, safety standards, quality benchmarks, and leadership capabilities. The role will play a critical function in building a future-ready workforce for Rooftop & Ground-Mount Solar EPC projects by creating structured training pathways, certification programs, and a digital Learning Management System (LMS). --- 2.
