JOB SUMMARY The Training and Development Intern will provide comprehensive administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Training and Development team. This internship is designed to offer hands-on experience in the full training lifecycle, including needs analysis, program coordination, facilitation support, and post-training evaluation. The intern will gain exposure to HR systems, adult learning principles, and organizational development practices. RESPONSIBILITIES Administrative Support Maintain and update training records, attendance logs, and learning management systems / digital databases Assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations, manuals, and handouts. Schedule training sessions and manage calendars for Training and Development Manager, facilitators, venues, and participants.
