Working as Training Lead in Mars is accountable for the development, execution and tracking of the training program developed in collaboration with the HSE, Q&FS and Production Managers. The Training Lead collaborates on the development of the over-arching training program, develops training materials that suites functional requirement as well as develop material to onboard new joiners , tracks associate participation, manages the logistics of delivering training.This role will deliver training sessions as required to either end users or as part of Train the Trainer sessions.
