Job Description

Job Duties
 
  • Schedule training sessions, including coordinating with trainers and trainees and ensuring that all required materials are available
  • Handle logistics for training sessions, including booking rooms, arranging suppliers, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is available and in good working condition
  • Assist trainers during training sessions, including setting up equipment, taking attendance, and providing technical support as needed
  • Proactive management of projects by leading them independently including activities reporting
  • Education And Experience
     

  • Degree or current enrolment a university program in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, Events, Education, or similar.”
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role preferred
  • Experience in a training environment preferred
