Purpose of the role
To ensure the effective and efficient processing of all administrative requirements for the successful delivery of our virtual and face to face training courses and qualifications within the BSI Training Academy.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Operations & Process Management
•To ensure that a continuous first-class service is provided to the internal and external clients of the Training department
•To work proactively with all staff in the department and with the sales, marketing and delivery teams to support the overall administrative processes and procedures
•Communication with and responding to BSI clients and queries
•Communicating with our delivery and sales team, supporting their needs to ensure the smooth running of courses day to day
•Managing shared mailboxes and telephone systems
