Responsibilities
- Accurately track attendance for active classes, share attendance numbers with internal stakeholders
- Ensure all onboarding/offboarding documents are filled out completely and submitted to client/internal partners on time, per the client requirements
- Complete all documentation required for account, either by internal or external stakeholders
- Ensure all records are kept in a shared location, per external/internal expectations
- Communicate as needed to all program leadership; this will include, but is not limited to, Training, Operations, Quality, Client Services, Workforce Management
- Track all certifications of Trainers per client program
- Work with Training Leadership and Trainers on Champion compliance completion
- Demonstrated success with ability to multitask in a virtual environment
- Ability to effectively pivot to change in direction based on client and business needs
