DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitors attendance and conduct of trainees.
  • Prepares and purchases all necessary logistics for training program.
  • Ensures proper conditions and maintenance of training facilities, equipment, aids and rooms
  • Perform data entry and scan documents.
  • Ensures proper stocking and storage of training manuals, materials and aids.
  • Maintains an organized and efficient record system for the unit.
  • Prepares reports relative to operations training.
