Conducts and evaluates the Operations Training Program and handle all related modules, activities and coordination work. Converts source documents into computer-readable. Input coded documents into the computer.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitors attendance and conduct of trainees.
- Prepares and purchases all necessary logistics for training program.
- Ensures proper conditions and maintenance of training facilities, equipment, aids and rooms
- Perform data entry and scan documents.
- Ensures proper stocking and storage of training manuals, materials and aids.
- Maintains an organized and efficient record system for the unit.
- Prepares reports relative to operations training.
- Schedule and coordinate training appointments,
