Job Description
International Call Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Call Centre Trainer to train, coach, and develop telesales agents to achieve performance targets and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver new hire and refresher training for telesales agents
- Coach agents on sales techniques, objections handling, and product knowledge
- Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing feedback and support
- Conduct call listening, role plays, and assessments
- Work closely with Operations, QA, and Team Leaders to improve results
- Ensure training materials are up to date and aligned with campaign requirements
- Proven telesales experience
- Previous experience as a Sales Trainer
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Trainer in a call centre environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
