International Call Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Call Centre Trainer to train, coach, and develop telesales agents to achieve performance targets and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver new hire and refresher training for telesales agents
  • Coach agents on sales techniques, objections handling, and product knowledge
  • Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing feedback and support
  • Conduct call listening, role plays, and assessments
  • Work closely with Operations, QA, and Team Leaders to improve results
  • Ensure training materials are up to date and aligned with campaign requirements
  • Proven telesales experience
  • Previous experience as a Sales Trainer
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Trainer in a call centre environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
