We are looking for a trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate programs that upskill employees, support new hires, and drive continuous performance improvement in partnership with Operations, QA, and Workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and support Nesting to reinforce learning.
  • Maintain and update accurate training materials aligned with client and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching to address gaps.
  • Conduct evaluations and track training metrics and outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure training readiness and program support.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, SOPs, and maintain trainer quality standards.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Minimum 1–2 years BPO/contact center experience
