  • Trains and assess new hires and tenured agents
  • Ensures mastery and knowledge retention of associates through regular uptraining sessions
  • Serves as lead during calibration sessions
  • Works collaboratively with global colleagues in preparing training materials, guides, and assessments for existing and new services and projects
  • Designs, delivers and assess training for batches of various sizes
  • Ensures that training materials and knowledge base (SOPEDIA) are up-to-date 
  • Supports the Team Leads with the introduction and management of quality improvement techniques
  • Performs administrative tasks such as reports and timekeeping maintenance during new hire training
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the OPMx

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience as a Trainer in a BPO set-up
  • Excellent product knowledge and customer service orientation
