Scope:
The Province is seeking up to two Trainers. The 1GX Centre of Excellence (CoE) supports the Government of Alberta's enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, 1GX, which enables key functions including human capital, supply chain, financial and treasury management. Reporting to the Manager, 1GX Business Excellence – Communications, OCM, and Training, this role leads government-wide 1GX training and outreach by defining role-based training strategy and delivery approaches for project and operational initiatives based on validated stakeholder learning needs. The role designs, develops, and facilitates complex live and online learning solutions, and owns training quality, consistency, and currency through established standards, review and approval cycles, and content maintenance processes.
