Trainer – Intermediate

We are seeking an experienced Trainer – Intermediate to support a large-scale Procurement System Modernization initiative. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of engaging learning solutions that enable successful adoption of enterprise business processes and ERP systems.

Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and change management professionals, you will create role-based training programs, facilitate learning sessions, and continuously improve training content to ensure successful learner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced training programs.

Develop role-based curriculum, facilitator guides, participant guides, presentations, job aids, and other learning materials.

Lead curriculum development projects from planning through implementation.
