Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs using various learning materials such as presentations, training guides/manuals, and course evaluations.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, or blended training sessions aligned with business and operational requirements.
- Coordinate and manage training schedules based on identified training needs.
- Execute specialized training projects and activities in accordance with established principles and standards.
- Continuously assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
- Contribute to the improvement of daily training processes and operational efficiencies.
- Manage and oversee short-term training activities within the team.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and subject-matter expertise to less experienced professionals, as needed.
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure high-quality end results.
