Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training programs using various learning materials such as presentations, training guides/manuals, and course evaluations.
  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, or blended training sessions aligned with business and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage training schedules based on identified training needs.
  • Execute specialized training projects and activities in accordance with established principles and standards.
  • Continuously assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Contribute to the improvement of daily training processes and operational efficiencies.
  • Manage and oversee short-term training activities within the team.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and subject-matter expertise to less experienced professionals, as needed.
  • Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure high-quality end results.
