About the Role

We are looking for a Trainer to support staff and volunteer learning at Citizens Advice Rural Cambs. The Trainer will help deliver and improve training, identify development needs and support the recruitment, onboarding and retention of staff and volunteers. Working with the Training Lead, you will contribute to a high‑quality, inclusive learning environment that supports both people and service delivery.
