Step into the Driver Trainer role, dedicated to safety and customer service in vehicle operations. This position offers full-time hours focused on employee development and positive training experiences in the GTA region.
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for aiding employees in becoming proficient, safe drivers of company vehicles. Effective communication skills and customer service expertise will be vital in this role. You'll also need to train others in a structured yet engaging manner to ensure everyone is proficient and capable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train employees on operating company vehicles safely
• Assess drivers' skills through practical evaluations
• Provide necessary divisional driving instruction
• Manage licence upgrade training sessions
• Lead additional training as instructed
Requirements:
• 3 years minimum holding a B or E licence
• Customer service excellence is essential
